Our Mission
It is the mission of Cedar Tree Investment Group to develop and rehabilitate residential and commercial properties. Our intention is primarily to invest in their long term development and appreciation. We are dedicated to providing our tenants with a safe and secure living or working environment. We have and will consider short term investment opportunities on a case by case basis. Our primary geographic focus has been in the Berkshires but we are open to diversifying this geographic holding area. Cedar Tree is first and foremost a family business to be closely held and with a commitment to making decisions as a family.
